Tatts B Gone. The only trend hotter than getting a tattoo in Arizona, is getting rid of one.

Laser tattoo removal

Don’t let yesterday’s fun turn into today’s regret. Are you having hard time finding a job? Could it be your tattoo that turns off your prospective boss? Do you have your ex's name tattooed somewhere? At Bellagio MedSpa, we use only the most advanced laser tattoo removal technology that removes your tattoo safely, quickly and without leaving a scar. No matter the size, color, location or age of the tattoo, our lasers get the ink out without damaging the skin. A series of laser tattoo removal treatments is required for best results.

Methods:

We are the only clinic to use several DIFFERENT laser machines to tackle hard to treat tattoo inks. In order to target particular color of the tattoo ink, a corresponding wavelength laser has to be used. We carry laser modalities that target particular group of color inks for your optimal result. There are hundreds of different tattoo inks in the market, and none of them are FDA regulated. There are even some inks containing mercury! That's why it's important to have doctor evaluate you in order to achieve the optimal result. Inks have colors in different spectrum of wavelengths, from approximately 400nm to 700nm wavelengths.

Depending on the color of the tattoo, location, size, density, duration, and scarring, more or less treatment may be required. 1064 nm wavelengths are good for Black and Blue inks that are deep, as longer wavelength allows deeper penetration. 532 nm wavelength are good for Red inks. Additional Dye handpieces with 585 nm and 650 nm wavelength allows light blue and green color inks to be treated as well.

MedLite® C Series Q-Switched Nd:YAG Laser
In 1992, ConBio launched the original MedLite laser, introducing PhotoAcoustic technology to the dermatology community - the use of high peak power and nanosecond pulse duration to target chromophores with a photomechanical action.  This non-ablative Q-Switched Nd:YAG gave practitioners the ability to treat a wide range of aesthetic indications safely and effectively, with no downtime or patient discomfort.

Since then, the MedLite has evolved, incorporating more sophisticated engineering, more power and greater efficiences.  PhotoAcoustic technology is delivered through a superior flat-top beam profile - a hallmark of the MedLite C6 and C5 lasers - without spikes or hot spots that are prevalent in other Q-Switched Nd: YAG lasers. Today, the MedLite laser is the workhorse of many aesthetic practices worldwide.

The Benefits of a MedLite® C Series EO Q-switched Laser
A MedLite® C Series laser is a safe, premium-engineered, easy-to-use aesthetic laser designed for versatility and effectiveness in a wide variety of applications. ConBio has made continual improvements to the MedLite® laser since its introduction in 1992, increasing its power output, reducing its size, and introducing valuable features to maintain high levels of physician and patient satisfaction. Today, the MedLite® Series is best known for its PhotoAcoustic effect, a combination of high power and nanosecond pulse widths that deliver peak energy throughout the layers of the epidermis faster than the normal relaxation time of the tissue. The result is a safe, effective way to harness peak power.

Why MedLite®?

Because of the versatility that comes with multiple wavelengths and nanosecond Q-switched technology, doctors are able to perform a wide range of aesthetic laser treatments, from wrinkle and acne scar reduction, multi-color tattoo removal, pigmented lesion (sun spot) removal, hair removal, and vascular lesion treatments.

Flat-Top Beam Profile
ConBio was the first company in the aesthetic laser market to create a truly homogenous flat-top beam profile for a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser. The secret is in high-quality components – a carefully selected array of superior elements simply not found with inferior Q-Switched Nd:YAG lasers that try to copy our technology.

The MedLite C6 and C5 beam is smooth and evenly calibrated, without "hot spots" or uneven spikes of energy typical in other lasers. As a result, the energy is delivered evenly from the perimeter to the center of the beam with no vacuoles or dead areas. This homogenous profile allows more efficient delivery of the energy – and more pronounced tissue reaction under the dermis to better fragment the target chromophores.

The ultimate proof of a genuine flat-top beam profile is in the tissue reaction –consistent results, less complications and no patient downtime. Standard Gaussian beam profiles of other lasers tend to scatter on the skin's surface requiring more shots to fragment the target chromophores causing unnecessary damage to the epidermis. The MedLite C6 and C5 deliver long-term, consistent flat-top capability, even after the laser is operated for long periods of time. The stabilized and consistent temperature of our lasers optimizes the output of the homogeneous beam. The ConBio engineering team has the longest history in manufacturing a flat-top beam – and they conduct ongoing improvement analysis and evaluation to ensure we meet practitioner expectations of safety, reliability and superior performance.

MedLite® C Series Laser Technology

The MedLite® C Series EO Q-switched laser utilizes the latest in multi-wavelength, articulated-arm-delivered laser technology. Representing the next generation of Q-switched technology, the MedLite® uses an electro-optic (EO) high-speed shutter to produce nanosecond pulse widths. Peak energy is dispersed throughout the epidermis faster than the relaxation time of the healthy tissue. The result is a PhotoAcoustic Therapy effect, a safe, effective way to deliver energy precisely where it is needed.

MultiLite Dye Laser Handpieces for Four Wavelengths

The ConBio MultiLite Dye Laser Handpieces are designed for the MedLite® C6 and RevLite® lasers. These dye-impregnated polymer rods convert the 532 nm wavelength to either 585 nm or 650 nm, providing a total of four wavelengths and significantly expanding treatment options for patients. In response to physician feedback, the MedLite C5 is easily upgradeable to the C6 if higher power and additional wavelengths are needed (US only).

Nd:YAG Crystal
The backbone of the MedLite® C Series is the Nd:YAG crystal, a solid-state material used for years in scientific and aesthetic communities. The ConBio MedLite® C Series lasers have the added benefit of being EO Q-switched, the next generation of Q-switching that produces high-speed repetition pulse durations.

AimLite® (Aiming Beam Technology)

The AimLite® system provides assistance in performing laser skin resurfacing and other procedures in discrete and/or delicate areas such as near the mouth and eyes. Specifically, the AimLite® produces a red aiming beam that is co-linear with the treatment beam, enabling the physician to achieve accurate positioning of the beam for best results.

EO Q-switched

By storing energy between pulses, an EO Q-switched laser is able to deliver a more effective pulse output than traditional lasers. The EO (electro-optic) Q-switch acts as an efficient high-speed shutter, delivering nanosecond pulse durations. This technology allows the MedLite® to produce peak power of over 200 megawatts with a 5 to 20 nanosecond pulse width. The result – a high power laser that delivers aesthetic solutions with a PhotoAcoustic effect.

PurpuraLite®

PurpuraLite®, our exclusive chromophore clearing device, minimizes purpura that typically results from certain aesthetic laser treatments. Exclusive to ConBio, this system temporarily “empties” the fine blood vessels under the treatment area to eliminate the “red” chromophore that typically creates a purpuric response. This accessory is standard with all new MedLite® C Series lasers and is an option for all MedLite® C Series lasers currently in use. So, what are you waiting for? Call us today for a FREE consultation for a new YOU! 480-788-5649

I have a pretty small tattoo (under 5 sq inches). It is black ink but not much. Just an outline of a palm tree. How many treatments are usually recommended for this?
