Our program is simple!
1) Eat more fruits and vegetables everyday.
2) Take multivitamins everyday.

4) Drink plenty of water everyday.
5) Get 7-8 hours of sleep everyday.
Try fresh juicing fruits and/or vegetables in the morning. You will need 1 electric blender, seedless fruits (or remove the seeds), vegetables, ice cubes, yogurts, a BPA free bottles. We recommend Blackberries, Raspberries, blueberries, Banana, Apples, Strawberry, Pineapple, greek yogurt, kale, cucumber, tomato, carrot, etc.
